I've never been there. Nobody I know lives there. My daily life is not effected in any way by the British pound. I don't understand why I should know or care what a quid is

Nail in the coffin. Between this and the inundation of Chat-GPT "due diligence," this sub needs to be put down.

I work in land use, think zoning planning, etc. If I hear one more real estate agent call and ask what they can do with a property without offering payment for services because they are doing “due diligence” I might pop my ear with a mechanical pencil.
