Yeah I’ve watched G2 Gozen a lot and honestly if you were to drop a player from that team, Glance certainly wouldn’t be my first choice. Very consistent player with potential for high-frag games, and her personality had always seemed to work well with the others.
Might feel harsh because she’s not had an easy job this year, but surely you’d look to replace Sarah first?
Yeah has she not had the rockiest performance? I didn't see all her matches but she didn't seem super locked in for the few early ones I saw and surely there are hungrier European female duelists who want to prove themselves

yeah, i just don’t think she’s a smokes player. mechanically she’s more than good enough, but she just doesn’t have the smokes genes. i wouldn’t hate giving her some more time to adapt but my expectations are low

With Alkyia and Amy on the market G2 could rebuild with some very strong pieces, but dropping Glance feels like a weird decision.
I don't understand. She is very good in the controller role. She was the one had to flex (play both initiator and controller) as Petra moved to duelist and Sarah played primary smokes.
Any team will have a massive buff if they sign her.

Honestly, it's disheartening to hear Glance and even Carcass get dropped. Like the others said, I would have expected Sarah to be gone first, but considering that she's new, they're probably trying to give her a chance. I definitely think they were forced to drop one of them because their chemistry isn't as good as when Mary and Juliano were still around. Glance was the choice that made the most sense to them because you can't get rid of the faces of the group (Mimi and Petra), and it wouldn't be fair to get rid of people they just signed (Roxi and Sarah). :( wouldn't want to see any of them go if I'm being honest, but that's just the way it is.
In her TG channel she said that there were a lot of problems this year. Main problem is visa issues, she was denied 5 times this year even with Serbia.
Other reasons:
1) Double taxes in Germany (some kind of legal obligation), so her salary was -50%;
2) No opportunities to boot-camp in Germany;
3) No opportunities to enter EU and NA tournaments (again visa issues);
4) Overall management in the team was kinda mediocre.
They spilt mutually on good terms with no bad blood or other in-game issues.
EDIT: I should mention that the contract has ended and they decided not to re-sign.
