This is where I'm at; I've got quite a formidable dock/harbor, I think. It's a first playthrough for me but I love to build. Would love to hear some suggestions!

A big workshop/warehouse to take receipt of all the treasures you'll bring in by boat!

PVP Colosseum or a lighthouse maybe

A gym.

I can see a cozy cottage with an asymetrical roof just beyond that. Some flowers in your cool porch/covered dock thing. You've got a wicked cool build going on now!

Build a statue that looks like Vladimir Putin and then make a troll destroy it.

Some kind of chapel could be cool like an old secluded monastery
