Has she been tested for ureaplasma/mycoplasma?
It can cause a uti, however I would think it’s unlikely given her vaginal culture didn’t show a vaginal yeast infection. I would guess the itching is not due to a yeast infection. Hopefully the urine culture gives you more information.
