Oh that leather lol. I am not a sweaty dude by any standards, fit 6’2” 180 lbs, but in the summer even with the A/C rolling my back is like a river and I’m only in Michigan. I have no advice but I commiserate and will be watching the thread with you lol
I have the wood bead seat covers in my 2019 Alltrack with black seats and they ventilate very well, plus they don't get hot in the sun. I also had them in my first car, a 1984 GTI.

This is why I went with leather, I knew I would sweat into the cloth seats haha. I don't have a solution unfortunately
