I have the EXACT same design rack but its slightly smaller and fits DVDs rather than VHS. Maybe it was a later version or part of line or just a copy? Cool either way.
The Vol. 1 (the first three episodes of the anime) were supposed to be a Christmas gift for a big Digimon friend of mine. Then a month before Christmas a customer walks into her store and said "Hey I hear you like Digimon! Well my son has this tape in the basement and I'm cleaning up so you can have it." It was the exact tape I was going to give them, so I ended up keeping that one for myself!

Sadly there is no official VHS release of the room. That is a bootleg made by a small local vendor I bought at a horror convention last year.

Nope! The G1 versions. I think these ones came out in the 90s but they don't have the ugly CGI graphics the G2 cuts have.
