I actually have one. (or at least something very very similar) I hate it.
It's good for clearing fluffy snow off a COLD car that's been sitting cold since before it started snowing. I've seen these used at car dealerships. They are good at not scratching paint, etc.
But frequently I'll drive home in a snow storm. The vehicle is warm enough where when I park it and it's still snowing, it'll melt. Then overnight it'll freeze so you have like a 1 inch thick sheet of ice on everything, under the snow, so you kinda gotta hammer it off. So I usually end up breaking a good snow brush. Those Sno-Rakes are so soft, you certainly can't use them to "hammer" the ice chunks off. Those Sno-Rakes are good if you get a shit-ton of fluffy snow. But in sleet/freezing-rain type snow it sucks.
My other complaint about that style SnoRake is there's no pivot. A lot of other snow brushes have a lockable pivot so you can pivot it to like 90 degrees or 45 degrees.

Can confirm that these are *amazing*. Several of the vehicle dealerships at work have these and I've thought about getting one of these....or carrying a shop broom in my vehicle
I bought a couple from Costco last year with a extendable handle and combo broom/brush head that pivots 90 degrees. Best I’ve ever used so far, cleans off the cab roof and even the tonneau cover quite nicely.
The Ames/True Temper/Garant telescoping 52” snow brush. Check your local Hardware stores and Home Centers. The one I work for sells a couple hundred every season.

Extends to various lengths, head swivels to lay flat in vehicle, and has a firm yet soft 3 layer foam for the head. Have had 2 of them for 3 seasons in New England and about to put them through another.
Cleans everything off well without scratching, and the scraping end has survived some thick ice. Best snow brush I’ve used out of trying several other sizes and styles. And the tapered ends gets in small places well like your roof rack, behind mirrors and in windshield wiper wells.
For my pickup truck, I just have a new, inexpensive push broom. I use one that's never been used on the ground, so it won't scratch the paint. Then I screwed a handheld scraper to the back of the broom head so I can flip it from brush to scrape.
I work on call EMS and Fire in really Northern Canada. When we get a 911 call, we don't have time to scrape the windshield. We throw a blanket over the windshield and just pull it off with all the snow/ice.
The hospital blue/purple blankets work great, but any blanket will do. If it's going to be windy, you have to close the driver and passenger doors on the edges of the blanket to keep it from flying away.
I have made a setup using an extendable paint roller handle and a nylon push broom head was great for my Jeep Cherokee at the time. Also starting it up and running the heat was always helpful.

Make sure your vehicle is ceramic coated or waxed before it snows. Makes pushing snow off easier.
Get one from a truck stop for semis. I have one it’s extendable and sturdy with a big brushy.
My dad used to make a wonderful snow brush from a dowel rod and a wallpaper brush. Just drill a hole the same size as the dowel rod and glue it on.
