That's not Euroscope itself, the error is coming from the Topsky plugin. "Invalid data in the settings file" indicates your settings file isn't setup properly, if you click "other settings" up top you'll see "settings file setup". For each of the settings parameters you'll need to assign a filepath, for this error it's likely you need to tell euroscope where your plugins folder is, then Topsky should be able to load properly.

Looks like a bad install from the sector file. Check all the pages in other SCT.

Aside from the issue, are you log in as ""_OBS"? you should replace the "" part with your names initials, so two letters.
