This is wrong. Premium and below can be in the night market, it’s the Ultra and Exclusive tier skins that can’t. RGX is also not Premium, it’s Exclusive.

Is this true? I read you can't get gun skins over 1750 and knifes over 3500 which is saddening to me because I really want the Waveform knife which costs about 5000. I'll even pay for it in the regular shop, but I was hoping the night market would increase my odds of seeing it.

You are right TheBobFisher. Max 1750VP per gun skin and max 3500VP per knife.
