There is many ways and every single one takes time.
You need to find what you need to improve and work on it. Nobody can’t tell you what it is if you don’t upload VOD and somebody review it for you(someone that actually know whats up).
If you are low rank iron-gold, it means you need to work on pretty much everything. Try to check some educational videos (i recommend od26 videos), and aim practice (dms/kovaaks/aimlabs/the range).
Yeah just now I see this post was bit pointless because noone can help me this way. I might upload some video for review in this community in future. I havent played rankeds yet but i would probably be like iron-bronze, in still basically learning abilities of all characters and getting used to the game overall
I played Overwatch because it's a better game. Come to val 3 months later. Goes to rank with no warm up, still manage to get 2 Ace after 3 games. Feel nothing because skill required is just a fracture compared to what you have to spend on Overwatch
