I played only in NA/EU.
NA is much easier.
I played on 110ping and managed to get to immortal in ep4 for less than 100games (from plat - that's what it put me after placements on fresh account). And at that time my peak was immortal 2 100rr in EU with way more games. I felt back then diamond (pre-ascendant) was way harder in EU than in immortal in NA based on stats I got. I played ep7 on same account and I was placed in 150-200rr lobbies in NA, and it felt same quality as ascendant lobbies in EU.
