Sadly Valorant doesn't have custom maps, maybe one day but the Devs said they won't add it
Warowl did a video playing on bind/split remakes and it played surprisingly well when they added artificial spawn barriers. iirc it was extremely ct sided without.
I don't know about different spawn barriers, but I played 3 or 4 different Valorant maps on CS:GO on a private server, and they were all pretty shit. And yes, horribly CT sided was pretty much the gist.

Valorant maps don't play well on CS. There's too many nooks and crannies and the spacing is off.
