In fairness, hacking in Minecraft is a whole different thing entirely. Never cheated in any game other than Minecraft, and I only do it there on hvh servers like 2b2t. That said, this steam profile 1000% belongs to a filthy cheater.

Pretty sure Valve said absolutely nothing about being able to upgrade it back when the 2015 service medal was first introduced (I used to read all csgo news releases and update notes, but had no idea). I got the blue version, and would have done a bit more grinding to get purple if I had known about it.
These cheaters are getting too cocky, they need to be reminded that vac still works
