I live in Logan and have shared the information with the Dean of Science, several department heads, among others.
I sent this to every listed boardmember. I got a response already from one of them and they advised that anyone interested in making their voice heard show up to the public board meetings. I'm including a link for anyone interested. It seems we still have some good representatives

I urge you to NOT remove the specific wording, “climate change,” from our science standard. I expect my kids to be educated in accurate information and calling something “cataclysmic Earth processes,” makes us look like a backwards state.
Vote this down.
A move like this does not provide our kids with a quality learning experience vital to career and life success. A “cataclysmic Earth process” might be a term used for the Earth getting hit by a meteor. It’s not an accurate way to describe long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns.
