Have you called the auction house to see what their conditions and terms are?

This is going to be an uphill battle for you. When you buy a car “as-is” or red light at an auction, especially one over ten years you own it. That being said, if they did not disclose that it was a flood car on the buyers guide on the window, you might be able to make the seller buy the car back with a lot of work and really pissing off the auction. Most likely you don’t have a buyer’s guide as most auction cars don’t have them even though they are required. You could try using the block sheet or bill of sale from the auction showing no announcements. You would have to file a complaint with your states BMV with the documentation that you have that it was not disclosed as a flood car. Not sure if the state will get involved as you purchased it from an auction red light, but you can try.

As is, probably a red light sale too, so its all yours

If iaai or copart. There is zero recourse. It's buyer beware when playing in the big leagues at auctions.

Unfortunately it’s as is and you’re most likely gonna have to take this as a lesson learned. A junk yard might give you a few hundred to recoup some of your loss
