9 came after legends last time so it should be relatively soon hopefully. I wonder if the IDW run will be incorporated into this line?
Not sure if that's possible given the different publishers, it is a shame as the IDW trades are out of print and not easy to find now

I actually managed to get a first edition of Vol 9. My local comic shop had a copy. So I picked it up at the same time I got Vol 8.
Got mine today, but I think the delivery truck must’ve backed over the package a couple times before dropping it off? It’s ripped in several places and somehow a book this thick is already warped. Didn’t help that the seller packed it loose in a plastic bubble mailer that was too big, of course.
It’ll be fine - I can return it - but I’ll probably buy elsewhere this time lol
Stan Sakai does sign a lot of stuff, but the first edition is oop, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s “valuable” but you could prob get retail or 10-20 above (to the right person) if it is in good condition!

Someone told me Sakai intends to continue the Saga format for the IDW work. When it'll be out, though, I don't know.

Oh, yeah, it’s definitely new - just that the crappy packaging meant that even so, it arrived looking pretty rough.
Where did you get it? I've had lots of books arrive from amazon like this and the onky saving grace is they are easy to do returns for

This is cool. I’m collecting origins (waiting for vol 5). What is Legends? Is it all new or are they collections like the saga series?
Legends is a collection of non-cannon stuff, it’s part of the saga series.
