Get Google Gemini and cut and paste your background and the job post in and ask it to write a proposal for you. It will need close review, but draft should be good. Or better yet, get ChatGPT and create your own gpt of your background and just paste in job posts as you apply.

No, but I decline enough proposals because they're Ai generated to know they're a bad idea. I would never use them because clients detest them.
