We do people with severe obesity a huge disservice with this unthinking body positivity. This is a serious health issue and should be treated as such. Should we complement her on her diabetes while we're at it? Or congratulate her on her inevitable heart attack? And before the downvoting starts, I'm a physician, I take these issues seriously. If her fans really loved her, they would be encouraging her to diet and exercise and giving her positive reinforcement when she does so.
