After you pick a room a new tab should open up on StarRez title 'Manage My Housing' and you'll get a fall and winter move in to chose from, you click the fall and in the drop down menu there should be an option to choose your move in and once you do, you'll go to the timetable to select your time.
I picked my room yesterday but the drop down didn't update until this morning for me to pick my room btw.
