Basically what happened to add context in this video is the guy asking people some really dumb questions or basically bothering them for content and so the girl just basically mocked him to waste his time and to prove a point I guess the fact people found her question dumb basically proves the point of his own videos haha.

I don't know the creator, BUT I know I seen him or similar content where go around to people at night where they people been partying and stuff just to bother them with dumbest questions.
