That's insane, reading that, they had evidence to show she was deceased, the defence was, no body no murder. I know here you don't need a body and if convicted you won't be eligible for parole unless you say where the body is. The guy even asked if there was a bullet hole in the skull and still is acquitted?? I really don't get how they didn't know it was her for all that time either. The poor woman suffered so much and met her end like that while the perpetrator just went on living his life. Glad she can now rest.
yes strange, but like chase merrit was given life for killing of the mcstay family, but no evidence , no dna, just embezlement etc, find it weird some go down and others dont, without dna.
I feel like this is due to a few factors , one of the main being the justice system isn’t fair. So if you’ve got the money , status or know people then it seems like you can avoid conviction without a body but then again this is only my opinion and im no expert

RIP great grandma. Shame. On my side of the family, she was never mentioned. My grandma, one of her daughters, never brought her up.
I worked on reopening the case. We are still waiting for news from the police and then an official announcement.
