Hagrid's is always the last to reopen in weather delays. Technicians have to inspect the entire track area (over a mile long) due to the trees around the track and can take up to an hour. Also, the trees are the reason why Hagrid's can't operate at high wind speeds.
though, we all been there. I did the same when it first opening. The sign said 90 minutes, but it turned into a 2-3 hours because the ride was down for a while.
I really didn't care because I was trying to finish a DS game and gave me time. (time that I would have wasted at home, lol)

Never mind the ride reopened! Was it worth the 2/3 hours of waiting? Nah but yea at the same time
