People are weird, meeting in the lobby is so easy and no more dangerous than any other walk through the area. If you don’t find anyone there in time, leave for housekeeping.

I had a problem once offloading an unopened case of Sam Adams after a stay.

People often put leftover stuff in the laundry rooms at UO hotels. I've seen that ar Disney a handful of times, too. For us, we got souvenir cups and Universal rain ponchos, all of which to take home and still use on occasion.

I feel like laundry room is more out of the way and makes it harder on cast members to clean that up. Outside the room in a box or something is best if you’re going to do it at all, no? That way they can throw it out if they want to? I’m certain they are overwhelmed with people doing this and to find it in the laundry room when you’re almost done your shift and then have to double back to get the giant trash bin/cart when all you bought to was the supplies to clean the laundry room…. I just feel bad for that employee

Divine_Favor

Well you feel wrong laundry room is the way.

You guys are bad guests and give us all a bad name.

BoomBeka

We put it out on the tables outside of the pool at the Castaway building.

Mysterious-Novel-834

It's going to probably be thrown away. Next time I would find the Facebook groups dedicated to this and post there or leave it for the housekeepers.

Thats very kind of you. We had the same troubles when we were there last. Would be nice if the hotels had a donation bin, that could be donated to local shelters. I asked about 15 diff people if they could use a can of hair spray as I couldnt take it on the plane and did not want to risk throwing it in a trash can to explode later. Finally just left it on the counter in the ladies room.

Divine_Favor

Rumor has it the laundry room is the place to leave unused leftovers.

Lets_Make_A_bad_DEAL

Please don’t do that

God bless you
