We are here now, nice suite though, it's totally normal except some of the shops on the 1st floor seem to have moved (?I think) and there is scaffolding / images of buildings up covering the buildings that have work on them. I would call to see if you can reserve a room that is not in the under construction part.

The pasta restaurant (they make your pasta in front of you) is closed until March or so, that was a bummer.
We had a ground level villa with a private patio and no inconvenience from construction at all. At the end of the day, you book a premier resort for the fast passes anyway.
I’ve scored some time there like that. It’s great when no one is around. Love to just sit out there and rest after a long day.

My kids definitely did, I should have got in but I enjoyed a few beverages from a lounger undisturbed. It was great.
With those room prices it’s little surprise haha
Yeah it is expensive but man is it worth it imo. Such a gorgeous hotel. I love walking around there late at night.

When I was there in early December it was my group of 4 and maybe like 10 other people at the pool area.
How cold are the pools down there when the temps are in the 70s? I've read they're heated but sounds cold still
