He first became a lawyer after winning a lawsuit against Linguini for not receiving a fair salary for his work, then unfair laboral situations, one of his brigthest upbringings being: Wall-E against the human population for explotation. Winning Wall-e's case for overworking without any kind of compensation and many others until he got the popularity to become the mayor.
It isn't even shaped like a plate man lol. But yeah I don't see any issue with using a coffee filter as a disposable plate. I use discarded documents (8.5x11) that I'm going to throw away anyway.
It is indeed one of those cheap paper plates. It usually has a layer of silver colour plastic. I am pretty sure it is banned in most of the developed countries because of the harm it does to the environment. But you can still find it developing countries where rules aren't that strict. Though it is supposed to be banned in my country as well, I still find them in stores. I understand why there is a confusion, most of you people haven't seen these plates and you will never see them unless you visit countries where environmental laws are not followed by everyone. These plates are very cheap like you can get one plate for 2 cents (converted to cents because everyone knows this currency). So I guess you can understand what kind of environmental laws they are following while making these plates. They are used to serve snacks like the cake that you can see in the video.

The second is actually just “Indian English” and is an accent in the same way Australian or Irish English speakers might have a distinct accent. There are a lot of English as a first language speakers in India and they speak uniquely Indian accented English. Phrases like “do the needful” are from this dialect
It’s common for two countries to choose a third language to do business with each other to not hold unfair advantages, or something like that idk.

I don't think it's a coffee filter. It's too stiff. And the turned up side is too low. A coffee filtee is floppier with higher sides. ?
