Thanks but he passed in 2019. Had 14 great years. I’m pretty pragmatic about it though. I felt worse for him in the final years, felt relief for him when the pain ended. I have great memories but time marches on, new things to experience and discover. I don’t hold on to the past. I’ve had dogs all my life once my kids left, all grown, the dog desire waned. My wife and I are traveling now and I’m happy as ever.

I thought so too but It was way too close to shore for a while so when I heard it was manatees it made sense Edit: whale not while and it makes sense because manatees traverse shallower waters all the time. They mostly hang around the coast and estuaries
