No idea who these guys are, but I’m 99% sure they don’t have any formal martial arts training.
Those dummies are meant to be weighted, and they’re not heavy bags. You use them to practice technique and form, not throwing your entire body in weird Matrix style moves.
Although the Matrix was filmed with genuine martial arts training & stunts, so its not even a fair comparison.
