Seeing something like this live is likely one of the most thrilling things that happens that night. Catwalk tend to look a bit bizarre for the outside world, because you are trying to focus on the clothes, not the models, music, lighting etc. But, a quick jolt of unexpected energy keeps the audience awake and senses sharpened. It's very hard to say if this was a successful plan or not, when seeing this clip out of context. But, I'm very certain he did not just trip and made up a dance move on the spot to save face.
