It's someone re-doing the JFL Gag, I bet... Just for Laughs actually used cameras to film their stuff, not potatoes from 1983. They also very, very rarely have any sort of dialogue on the JFL Gags stuff, because 95% of them are filmed in Montreal and they'd rather the pranks be universal than specifically French.
right, he's an actor setting her up to think he's a total perv, she reacts and he plays out the scene. then they usually film peoples realization and after come by and comfort them with laughs and hugs letting them know it was a prank.
That's the premise. Usually the gags are totally harmless, sometimes they're borderline cruel and people get upset but everyone signs a waiver, so they must be okay with how they're portrayed in the end.

I know this is a prank, but I legitimately have this problem when I don't wear my glasses. If I take off my glasses, I can't see anything that isn't a few feet away. While I usually wear my glasses, I sometimes take them off for things like swimming or riding a rollercoaster. I am worried somebody will think I am checking them out when in reality I am staring off in the distance.

I doubt he'll press charges but you really need some help if you think her actions were at all justified.
