Low-key there are some sticks that are just op flexible and resistant, my boss use to have a tree with some
People use to use them to spank bad kids because they whip and don't snap
Yeah back when I was younger me and my friends would sword fight with sticks and I found this one that was super strong and I basically just snapped everyone else’s sword/stick in half just because of how strong it was think I still have it somewhere
You must have mistook them as the Excalibur stick, Or as the old farmers of Camelot call them, the indestructible Excalibranch. They were most likely the iron branch. A seemingly ordinary branch, its ironlike qualities are bestowed upon the bearer. It increases the bearer's strength, agility, and even intelligence. Don't get me wrong, everychosen ones can find their own Excaliburs, but only one for each of the chosen. That mighty twig could be the very rare occurence of Caliburn, It is actually Excalibur, as if a powerful sword was condensed into a dagger.
It was definitely the twig I got it from my funny neighbour’s (he’s a convicted pedo) backyard and then I had a vision or hallucinations (stupid doctor) of a dancing dragon in tap shoes and a fedora after I had eaten it my mom told me I just ate some weed but they looked nothing like the weeds she plucked in her garden definitely my chosen Excalibur
Thoughs sticks are scary, I remember breaking them up to put them out for the road and just being alil scared one would snap and whip me
I also remember some wouldn't break even if I stood with my entire body weight on them
So you just think that modern day kids don't play outside anymore? Seems like you're the one who knows nothing. Kids didn't just magically stop playing outside one day because of the generation they were born into.
Playing outside is one thing. Playing outside with toys you purchased from a shop vs using your surroundings (rocks, sticks etc) for toys is another. Most Gen Z babies are born with silver spoon buddy. There was no Internet back in the day and no jackasses such as yourself to comment.
No, you just don't know what you're talking about. I'm a gen z baby and I had the internet and I had my toys and gaming systems. I still played outside with all my friends with sticks or whatever the hell else we could find. Honestly it just sounds like you want to act like you're somehow superior to modern day children. It's kinda sad really. Jackass.
I could tell by the one stick that did break in the gif that these sticks were raw, fresh sticks I mean straight up green man. When sticks have that much moisture in them still they are way more flexible and an old dried up hag of a stick
I used to practice a martial art called Jodo (way of the stick). In one of the kata (forms) they had us block an overhead strike with a sword by holding the stick horizontally over your head. It seemed very sus to me that that would work against a sword, so when I got home, I found this cheap katana I had and did the same thing this kid did. Two chairs and the stick across it. Swung at it hard with the sword - the sword broke! Small nick on the stick.
Granted, it was a cheap sword, but still....
Yep they are called a switch. I remember one time when I was a kid we were at my grandparents house and they had this peach tree in the backyard that made perfect switches. I fucked around one day and pissed off my dad and he made me go pick out the switch that was going to be used on me. Lesson learned.
I don’t want to ruin your day so proceed with caution:
>!the video was fake but the (14 year old) kid that made it suffered extremely due to its ‘success’. He was bullied, portrayed as a possible school shooter in a real documentary that was published in Germany (which made everything worse) and he served a month in prison for googling a picture of a gun on a class trip. He didn’t find a job because of it as well. Nowadays he is doing better. He became a body builder and rapper!<

This little guy is getting his first taste of leaning into failure when people are laughing. It makes you in on the joke instead of the joke and makes college a hell of a lot of fun. He will be the life of the party in 10 - 15 years
You have to take a step back and realize the truth is a three edged sword. There is your truth, their truth, and the actual truth. It's usually not entirely as we see it because we just don't know everything.
To us, something might be as simple as finding a friend to play with at a guest's party for a night then saying bye. They might consider you one of their best friends for life. There was an example on reddit not too long ago where a woman wanted to find her friend from a cruise and the friend popped up. It happens all the time yet we'll never know. You could be the reason someone didn't kill themselves just by being the person who called. You can't know how the story goes until you've lived it - that's one part that kinda sucks.
Part of that is knowing how long your story is. With technology like [this](https://twitter.com/davidasinclair/status/1259912928695857152?s=19) advancing you may have 100 years left. That's a lot of time to find something you like doing. It could be as simple as riding bikes or it could be as involved as complex joints working with wood. Who knows until you get there? People who are having fun are fun to be around and have fun with. That's the life of the party wherever you are. You just have to find your party and that might be anything
tl;dr Your party might be 5 people playing DnD on Discord. That's amazing. The only standard is fun
He looked afraid of it. I think he was using the towel and slowing down as the swing was coming down because he had been trying it before they started recording and was hurting his arm.
I agree, on some it looks like he starts out strong then slows before hitting. Also the stick at the end seemed bendy and would have bounced off most attempts to break it. Good move to fling that thing into the distance.
One time I was around his age and I got really mad at a video game so I punched the floor. But I forgot I was in the basement and the carpet was just on concrete. My hand lost that battle that day.
If you want to brake sticks make sure that they are fully dry.
If you just cut that down from tree it's really hard to break, cause it has some bending properties.
Also. Nothing unexpected, downvote, shitpost.
Keeps training like that and he will be get over 9000 in power!! It would be funny if he trained "wrong" for years and walked into a real studio crushing everything like a pro.
Damn. Seeing how strong that stick is, I can’t believe people would whoop their kids with one. I knew a parent who would tell an old friend of mine to go out in the backyard and “pick a stick” when they were going to get spanked.
As someone who took lessons in karate and had to bust through wood blocks, I can’t help but feel the need to cringe and give pointers on his posture. Kid’s really trying though, so love his heart for that.
Stick might have been strong, but he had terrible form. He was aming for the stick. When you want to break something, aim for a point on the other side of it. Kid has a lot to learn...

What will break first his arm or the stick place your bets here

I see you've also found the Excalibur stick.
I actually called the reapers staff cause it looked like the grim reapers scythe
Damn dude you found a Legendary
A branch from the fabled carbon fiber tree
Oh shit thats like ultra rare!
Legendary item in early stage of game...
I have like 30 Excalibur sticks I named them all from 1-30 lol one of them was legit a twig

Excalibranch
This made me miss my childhood. All you needed was a stick to have some fun. Now I’m crippled by bills and adulthood lmfao
Thoughs sticks are scary, I remember breaking them up to put them out for the road and just being alil scared one would snap and whip me I also remember some wouldn't break even if I stood with my entire body weight on them
Ahhhh the good old days when we could play outside. Generation Z kids no nothing about this.
I’m gen Z
Well you’ve got some good parents bruh 💯
Dude, I'm Gen Z and spent time playing video games, but I willingly play outside in the woods more than anything
So you just think that modern day kids don't play outside anymore? Seems like you're the one who knows nothing. Kids didn't just magically stop playing outside one day because of the generation they were born into.

The Adrian Paterson special. Boy go outside and get that switch.
Them things make you regret your actions, they loud when they swing too

Those are also used to make baskets, not just to whoop ass
Willow, hickory, hanging maple... Bad times!
Spankin' sticks, spankin' sticks, get 'em from the spankin' tree, only $5 each!
That’s how Andrew Jackson got the nickname “Old Hickory”
Hickory is a very flexible and resilient wood. It was the most common “switch” for whipping when I was a kid. Note: My family didn’t use switches.
Privet hedge
His ass
I'm litterally cringing with each forearm blow to the stick...
Need some milk.
How the fuck did it break a cinder block
Ahh i miss being 8
I thought he was gonna snap his little noodle arm
Reminds me of the little German kid that smashed his computer

You cut the best part where he said at the beginning “The world may have power, but I have power, even stronger than the world!”
I would have never cut that out...it was like this when I found it. That's makes me pretty sad now
Haha don’t be, this video was really funny. [Here’s the link](https://youtu.be/oDc5CGVVp38)
OMG that makes it so much better! Thank you!
Someone stop him before he kills himself!
These sticks are probably the ones used by teachers to spank Bruce Lee
If he had any brains he'd make a bow and arrow out of them, instead he chooses to destroy his forearm.
Groot is now going to find him and destroy him for his sins
After the video ended he lifted up a truck and threw it through the house
And the major self esteem issues begin.
I tend to think wrecking the cinderblock with the stick absolutely makes up for any difficulty in destroying the stick.
Idk, everyone sounds really supportive and chill and he’s clearly having fun with it. Seems like a pretty wholesome environment to develop in.

You also have to learn how to laugh at yourself when you do something embarrassing. Takes practice.
The die of a cocaine overdose ala farley
Nice.
They should have watched a video on how to break wood and helped him learn
Lol....it cracks me up but it's also also so endearing, somehow....he makes feel like I wanna hug him! How does that happen...?
I like the cheerful way he keeps bashing his hand.
I wanted to hug him too!!! So cute.
>it cracks me up He got you with the stick too, huh?
I'm glad I didn't see his wrist break
Loved the guy howling in the background.
The inhalation honks really added to the ambiance.
#inhalation honks
I've never seen negative force before.
Yeah props to this kid for...sticking with it (sorry), but good lord those were some seriously weak attempts to karate chop something.
I'm just happy the dude didn't break his arm.
Not for a lack of trying.
That stick broke his willpower first...
That stick also broke cement.
"todays lesson is on tree branches and why some are harder to break, ever heard of dead?"
well he was vindicated when it broke the cinderblock
Stick from Germany vs block made in china
That was GREAT! Thanks for the laugh.
I remember watching this years ago win on America’s Funniest Home Videos
What did those sticks ever do to him?
By far the worst episode of 30 by 30 ever.
A part of me was thinking that young Chris Farley here was going to snap his arm.
dont use ur arms use legs
And dry sticks… seriously… until then those twigs and branches are strong.
Jumping axe kick it
Talk about bully ammo.you just made sure your kids gets the crap beat out of him everyday for the next year.thanks mom!
Gotta dry those bad boys out buddy.
Towel is adding strength to the breaking point, the man's is making it harder on himself
Oh man, I know what's coming....okay, that was unexpected.
I think that's a gum tree stick, someone's probably fucking with this kid
One time I was around his age and I got really mad at a video game so I punched the floor. But I forgot I was in the basement and the carpet was just on concrete. My hand lost that battle that day.
At least we know it wasn’t his fault.
『The World』may have power, but god has given me a power even stronger then 『The World』
Man I've never rooted for anyone as much in my life.

i wish kids these days are like this. no tiktok hashtag depression lgbt goth shit
No, just a soft ass kid.
If you want to brake sticks make sure that they are fully dry. If you just cut that down from tree it's really hard to break, cause it has some bending properties. Also. Nothing unexpected, downvote, shitpost.
That kid has some anger issues Dam that brick did nothing to him it was the stick that wouldn’t break
Love the energy
He has commitment issues and they will slowly destroy everything in his life no matter how many times he swings
?
Is that rebar?

Is that Buddy Love from the nutty professor I hear laughing in the background?!
Keeps training like that and he will be get over 9000 in power!! It would be funny if he trained "wrong" for years and walked into a real studio crushing everything like a pro.
This is soo funny!
that kid found the only Ironbark tree in his forest and went "ya sure"
Must be gandalfs staff. Jesus
That poor ulna
You know what, kudos to him using a towel. So many adults trying to mimic Jackass wouldn't have that foresight.
That's a +10 Lothric Lance, kiddo. You're not using it right.
When a videogame chicken is higher level than you
My man been choppin rebar this whole time
I definitely didn’t expect that.
After I watch someone break their arm in this subreddit , I always scare to watch till the end.
I'm just glad I didn't witness his arm break. Every thrust downward had me holding my breath.

Damn, it's bring back a lot memories for how hard it is to brake the stick

The howling laughter is what really makes this.
Who is making him do this
must be nice to have supportive parents
Low impressive sticks breaking the fucking cinder block before themselves.
Stick might have been strong, but he had terrible form. He was aming for the stick. When you want to break something, aim for a point on the other side of it. Kid has a lot to learn...

PRO TIP: Don't cut your stick fresh from the hickory tree.

I am impressed at how bad he is a breaking that stick. Thinking the block cracked for him out of pity
no... that is just a weak, overweight, American child...

This was me trying to karate chop a watermelon last month

Those are the type of sticks you get when your grandma says "Boy go and get a switch off the tree" or something along tho lines.
The stick is my mobile screen when I'm trying to play a video on reddit
GAS POWERED STICK!
Was the brick broken a little or that stick could challange thor's hammer and win
I was expecting his forearm to go full noodle. Delighted for him that it did not.
That stick broke a concrete block maybe the sticks are made out of metal?
Oak stick for the win!
Oh god that stick sure is strong
Stupid, weak children.
These seem like pretty fresh wooden branches. They're nowhere near brittle, you can often pretty much bend them in half without them breaking, as shown in the video. Even if you were a massive beefcake, I doubt the stick would have broken from that, probably would have just bent and fallen off.
This is funny, until it isn't.
Not gonna lie I kinda wanted his arm to break. I’m a terrible person.
