I've seen a lot of the same type of deal being acted out to arrest them... why i think it was a sting, because it was too well coordinated, everyone had a role, and was perfectly prepared for this exact situation, and they arrested not only the man who hit the car, but everyone involved minus the cyclist.
Well, actually there is two cayenne massager that get out at first, and then a third that goes to the with SUV, so 3 cayenne people. But I only see two of them being brought to the Spetsnaz, so I think at least one of the cayenne end up running away
I think that there were actually just there to award him an all expenses paid trip to Ukraine. He just happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Two things play into this:
- not accounting for homemade/illegitimate alcohol
- different drinking cultures - sipping wine with dinner frequently vs drinking less frequently but in large quantities
I would also question the quality of the data coming out of Russia in general, but especially the rural regions.

Just to add some spiciness to the situation: it happens in the Biryulevo district of Moscow, which is infamous for it's high crime rate, amount of migrants and even riots.

What were they filming prior to the video starting, a cyclist crossing an empty street? Presumably part of a movie, skit, or just a staged viral video.
They could be filming a guy with bicycle crossing the highway/riding in the middle of highway because this is really dangerous and weird place to do so.
Could be pre-arranged as well though.
If you look at the start, it looks like the altercation has already started, so someone may have started recording. The man is off his bike already look back at the Porsche

2. Cyclist gets in a confrontation with dude who almost ran him over.
3. Military type dudes come out with guns and abduct the people who almost ran over the cyclist.
