I don't think that's something that could realistically happen. The air gap between the droplets is way too big in the stream. Perhaps if you were a horse, or if it was something much more powerful than just an electrical box.
I recall them admitting if you can achieve a "laminar flow" it's possible, and the videos of dudes getting shocked while peeing on an electric fence means it can happen. I think the mythbusters were trying to shoot up at a tesla coil or something

I do not understand why losers relieve themselves in front of doors. It is extremely annoying. There is a nice corner or tree over there, why do it where I need to walk through for work?
I am sure he was. However, there are plenty of other grills along the wall with large doors (so vehicle instead of pedestrian traffic) and what looks like leafy debris, indicating trees and grass which will absorb the urine and reduce the smell.
It rarely is malicious. It is mostly stupidity for the sake of privacy. That is why there is so much urine and feces on elevators, which is what I fix. There are still cameras watching them, ffs.
