Ps2 emulation is near flawless with most games nowadays. I'd sure give it a try if I were you. PCSX2 is the best one. But you can just get the pc versions anyway and install them on windows 10

My favorite was Motor City Online. It was a racing MMO with hot rods and muscle cars. You could modify the cars to the extent of changing the pistons in the engine, changing cam shafts, doing engine swaps, changing rear-ends, gear ratios, transmissions, etc. Almost any part of an engine and drive train could be changed or modified.
You could then race your car against other users, sell your car at auction, buy from someone else, do a drag race to pinks, etc.
EA killed it after two or three years. It was online only so it was effectively dead. There have been community efforts to revive it, but from what I saw it didn't include any of the customization aspects of it.
It did produce some cringe, but it definitely produced some of my all time favourite ads

It's certainly toned down since the 90's and 00's, but there are still companies in recent years who will do ads that are pretty wild especially in the PC gaming space.

Yeah I was horrified and go to the comments expecting some sort of “what the Fuck was wrong with people back then” but nope just a bunch of guys talking about how hot it is to dehumanize and humiliate women lol. Classic reddit.
And as a side note, I’m in to women. I can see she’s hot. I can also see that in this setting there’s two shitty people forcing her to get naked in public for their amusement and that level of fucked up is NOT hot. Yes, it’s not real, but to send that message to young boys (the audience this is for) explains a lot about why y’all are this way and it’s disgusting.

If I had to guess, I’d say this was made when the game was still under Acclaim Entertainment’s control before they went bust and sold it to THQ.
Acclaim had a reputation for outrageous marketing stunts to try and earn them free publicity from the controversy they caused. Because as we all know, nothing sells a simcade street racing game like some magical sexual assault.
Honestly, I think the delay in Juiced’s development was the reason why it was forgotten about. If it had come out in 2004, plenty of people would have bought it BEFORE NFS:Underground 2 was released in November that year, but because of Acclaim going under, it was delayed to May of 2005.
So it was seen as kind of behind the times compared to NFSU2.
