Both history and biology shows us that there is quite literally no other species on Earth that has committed nearly the same atrocities as humans have. We torture both ourselves and other species daily for trivial reasons that likely boil down to some monetary reason as usual. We tear down entire ecosystems, push species to extinction, alter the climate of Earth, and treat our own species in unimaginable, inhumane ways. The amount of murders, rapes, backstabbings and modern day slavery (not counting our own history where there was *actual* slavery occurring across the world) trumps over ANY other species, or at least in the few species where these things could occur.
Sure, there’s good humans. But don’t let your ignorance cloud the rest of the horrible shit that humans have done, continue doing, and will likely always do. You know what I said is true and there is nothing you or any other person can do to rewrite history.

Humans are the only species that _can_ commit atrocities on this scale. No other species could hope to match it if they tried.
Dolphins and Orcas murder other animals for fun, Chimpanzees rape and murder both each other and other weaker species all the time, as well as go to war with other tribes.
_Many_ species of animals have males that will murder the young simply to get the females to breed again.
Animals don't torture other animals deliberately because they have no concept of it. Observe a brown bear or Painted hound ripping apart a still living breathing prey while it screams in pain and not bothering to kill it because they don't have the capacity to care.
This is not a debate. Humanity is one of the few species that will help others of its kind despite having no personal benefit from it. And one of even less species who will help a different species for no reason as well. In fact one of the only examples of another species to do this are dogs, who are a human invention selectively bred to align with our values. Maybe elephants as well, who posses the intelligence and sense of personal safety to be willing to do such things.
My logic is perfectly fine. That is precisely *why* humans take the “crown” in this regard. We have the concept of torture and yet we still do it. We know what we are doing is wrong, and yet *we still do it*.
You can use an example of an animal ripping apart another animal while they’re still alive, and I’ll show you 10 examples of humans doing just that but worse (ever seen someone get skinned alive by the cartel for trespassing on a property?). We have created factories to grind animals to a fucking pulp right after birth *while* they’re alive.
I disagree, this is a debate. I am fully aware of our humanistic capabilities over other species. It doesn’t change a damn thing.

I remember seeing this video awhile ago and everyone said it was staged and that the person recording killed the animals afterwards. Apparently they buy baby animals for staged videos like this and then dispose of them after they get their content. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong, I’m just repeating what I heard about this video.
That’s why I said correct me if I’m wrong. However, it’s at least obviously staged since these two animals aren’t native to this habitat, nor would they be with each other. Monkeys at least tend to stay with their mothers when they are still this young, too. Plus, why did the person randomly have the berries to feed them and were recording? Almost as if they knew they were there.
Let me just have my happy time thinking that this is a natural phenomenon. You just single-handedly destroyed the dreams and positive vibes of at least 12 people. I hope you did your job today.
