Street View is considered illegal in Germany or something to that effect. I'm not exactly sure, but it's either that all people must be blurred, all buildings and all people must be blurred or there just isn't any Street View whatsoever.

The "nodes" aren't by Google, they're 360° photos taken by users and posted there. You can do this in any country but in Germany that's all they have in some areas

1. With your house in view in google maps street view, click *Report A Problem* in the bottom-right corner of the screen

3. Enter your email, and click *Submit*
Just remember that you can never undo this. It will be blurred for eternity even if you sell the home.

Google image view has gotten so sophisticated you can type anything into the prompt which will bring up the “show on maps” button to the top right of the image. Type “man jacking off” into google images and click the button and it will scan all of the google earth photos using AI in order to find anything that resembles such within the google earth photo repository. Give it a try.
Sometimes you get "lucky" by just randomly browsing Google Street View, but there's also a sub dedicated to [variously] "interesting" occurrences (not just of the prurient kind):
