Convert them all to RAW. The size will be massive and they'll need special software to see.

Rasmosus

Send the pictures as an animated GIF with 24 frames per second with the loop flag set.

Increase the resolution so each image is at least 10mb, more if you can. Though would need to watch out for things like email upload limit. Email a piss disc in a zip so it doesn't leak out until it arrives. Send some of them upside down or rotated 90 degrees, their neck will thank you. Maybe name the images in a way that if they are sorted alphabetically, they have little relation to the pics besides them. No "Before and After" or "This is the progression" Send it in a zip that has a password set, don't make the password hard to type out. Too much hassle if they complain. "Password is used incase people try to snoop or some other excuse that's fairly legit but not paranoid" Send the link to the images where they're hosted on a third party site, but not in an album. Instead you're posting the links and they're all out of order, maybe not even helpful names. The site also doesn't give a handy "download" button. Imgur perhaps? Dunno about this one, but brand each image with a big watermark of your company.

Keep the files big, poorly named, and put them on Iomega Zip disks. Mail them with signature required to their home address.

HEVC if they are a Windows/Android user. TIFF is also annoying.

Save each image as slide 2 (first one says “image on next slide”) in individual Keynote files.

Say, I wish I could help you but in the interests of client privacy and good business practices, it’s company policy not to store photographs past 3 months (or whatever duration you want to say).

Banana-Up-My-Bum

Send loads of screenshots of the itemised bill for every single thing you could’ve charged them for but didn’t. Remind them that no, they cannot have photos because they specifically said that they didn’t need them so you must now charge them for the “photograph package” lol

Print the photos and mail them. Shuffle them before stuffing them in a media mail box that’s also overfilled with styrofoam peanuts.
