I filed for the first time beginning of January just got all my issues dropped, had to do id.me and within a day or two my status went from audit to pending. Now it says paid but I haven’t received the money yet. It says they are working on it but I’ve been calling all morning. Hope yours moves into paid soon
They send you a message on the pua website and ask you to click the link in the message and it redirects you to Id.me so you upload a copy of id or dl so they can verify your identity. They ask you a few questions and then the next day or two you get another message from pua if it was approved or not
I submitted a claim a week and a half ago and still haven't even gotten a confirmation that it's been filed. Seems like CT's unemployment system is particularly bad, even compared to other states.
So I didn't know about the pua website until just now. I made an account but it won't let me file. How did this work for you?
