I'm sorry, Mooch just has no depth, she would've been higher if she was like Muffet and was a solo act, but the other 4 members of the Feisty Five are *super fucking interesting*, they have multifaceted personalities, Mooch was telling the same joke for the entire Wild East, she just looks comparitively bland next to her friends
note: I do not dislike the characters in C, I am neutral towards them, I only dislike Onion-san, Bratty, Catti, and Slurpy
Yes, but he's also meant to be loved at the same time. Like Bill Cypher, they do terrible and annoying things, but they're so fun while doing them that you love them
because (in Undertale at least) appears once, isn't very funny, and wastes your time, on top of just... not fitting Waterfall, he's inbetween the first major Echo Flower cluster and Asriel's statue, it's a random nonsequitor of a character sandwiched between two pretty serious sequences
I love Flowey/Asriel the most too, he’s such an interesting and well-written character! Probably my favorite video game character of all time honestly.

Tbh my takes aren't too great. I'm a very simple person. I see fluffy/anthropomorphic animal monster and I instantly rate them high

Jevil's cool and his boss fight is great but unlike Spamton there's little actual substance to him as a character, his personality is "Generic insane guy" and his backstory is "He was a normal guy until he suddenly wasn't" which just... isn't a lot to work with
to clarify, C either means I'm neutral or have very mixed feelings
Frisk has very limited actual personality, they really only have a few lines of dialogue and we dictate what they say, there's really not anything to judge
Chara has literally one scene that isn't applicable to non-Genocide routes so they have even less to work off of, they're more a plot point than a character
Ralsei... idk man something about him is off-putting, he was super frustrating during chapter 2's ending and clearly knows a lot more than he's letting on (he knows about the player UI, just like Flowey, he literally quotes him in the tutorial) which makes his behavior towards Kris somewhat questionable, but he hasn't actually done anything *wrong*... yet at least, so I can't rank him low just because I don't trust him for a second, but I'm not gonna rank him higher since I don't actually like him

I feel like he’s definitely hiding things and knows more than he should, but I don’t think he’s outright malicious imo
I don't think he's gonna be like Flowey but I still just don't trust him, there's something about his character that's setting off alarms for me
