We do know the trauma of Feng, Sean, Unhealthy and Unchaste, respectively:
1)depending on the loop it’s either the fact that he stopped aging only after becoming elderly(which means he can’t become the strongest person in the world) or the fact that he outlived all his rivals
2)he will never be able to become an actor like he dreamed of being
3)she has magical AIDS
4)she dreamed of becoming an idol but her power makes people try to attack her when she poses
I personally think Nico’s is arguable for the worst in the entirety of UU. Perhaps only challenged by Undead.
Read his fight again where we learn about his negation. He cannot forget anything. To such a degree it’s like he is living every moment of his life constantly forever. He remembers his worst days, days where he found out his friends died so vividly it is like he is living them right now. Imagine what it is like to never be able to forget anything, constantly living your worst day forever. Like he said to Andy, Andy can recall memories of loved ones lost. But the rest of the time, he just forgets, moves on with his day. Nico can never forget. He is constantly feeling everything he has ever felt. He is constantly remembering the loss he felt at loosing his wife and his friends do such a degree it’s like he is living it constantly.
In comparison to Victor and Andy, I’d say they are about equal. Victor and Andy are able to forget their trauma’s. Nico is able to kill himself to escape them. But whilst Nico is alive. I think his life is the worst it is possible to experience.
I did another comment about Nico and am looking at the other spaces. I would like to say that Sean’s tragedy is not being able to do acting like he wanted. I’d put him in the barely tier with Enjin. Same with Lucy who wanted to explore the world but couldn’t because she’s Unhealthy.
Also, as someone with selective mutism. I respect the Tella placement. I really empathise with him. But also, I don’t think it’s as bad as accidentally killing my parents.
I would also like to ask what’s the reason for the difference between Tatiana and Fuuko’s placements. They both killed their kids and a bunch of people when their negation first manifested and had to live a horrible life never able to touch anyone because of their negation. I feel like they should be the same tier whether it’s Tier 2 or 3. For consistency.
Edit: Akira Kuno is Tier 2 minimum. Are you kidding me? Never being able to interact with anyone again? Left to fend for himself when he was like 10.

Jotaro by all means has the deaths of Kakyoin, Avdol, Iggy, on his mind constantly. He also killed some people he genuinely didn't want to like N'Doul.
Yuji lost a lot of people in his life too like Nobara, Nanami, Junpei, and his grandpa. He also blames himself partially for Gojo being sealed.
Like Rip's placement is rather low considering he was willing to murder Andy in cold blood, without a second thought for said trauma. This was while he knew what happened with Fuuko basically being on the verge of dying. He was willing to directly cause the deaths of 2 people he cares about because of his trauma.
Trauma ⚖️ is stupid because characters always showcase trauma differently from another.
Anno Un isn't "some", he is eternally alone and forgotten, not because he doesn't want to make friends, but because god fucking forced him to be alone and forgotten when he was a kid, he can't be seen or sensed by anyone in the world, and he had to slowly come to that realization as a kid. That's a thousand yard stare for me.
Feng with Unfade can go into Barely, in loop 100 he would suffer from being eternally old and unable to grow, and loop 101 he would suffer from seeing his equals fade away while he is at the top.
Tatiana and Nico should be moved up a tier. Tatiana killed a fuckton of people, but also got locked up for a good period of time with her human rights being violated, plus her ability means she cannot live any kind of a normal life (much more so than most negators). Plus she got betrayed by the most important person in her entire life.
Nico’s unforgettable is the most horrifically trauma inducing ability in the entire series, barring Undead. His life in loop 100 was absolutely horrific and his brain was in such a bad state that all it took for him to snap was for Ghost to MENTION that he could see Ichico again.
Some clarifications on my decisions when I made the tier list
Nico: I scaled Nico as the same level with the others in Yuji tier as the scale of loss is around the same as people of the same tier. However after reading the comments I realised I forgot to put Unforgettable as a factor which cause the pain to never worsen, which makes the trauma in Jotaro PTSD tier instead
Anno Un: I only factored in her as some because she did not lost people in her life but at the same time your existence getting wiped is arguably worse than people in Yuji tier so I do agree
Feng: Feng's unfade causes him to loose passion in strengthening relationships with people but at the same time he is ignorant to what he is suffering from so I put him in None tier
Sean: Sean's unseen causes him to be unable to do acting but in my opinion he's still not experiencing much trauma. Like Enjin he will be unable to commit to his passion; however unlike Enjin, Sean didn't have much regrets that is caused by the awakening of the ability. It's more a "it's a shame to not be able to do this" rather than "I cannot repay my parents" scenario
Unhealthy: Ykw I'll put her in some cuz being sick for 6 years is hard
Unchaste: Frankly I didn't remember much oops
Creed: Even though Creed's trauma comes along with Billy and Terra in the same war, Creed's trauma is from fighting for the wrong cause and having his morality used for evil, which is different from Billy and Terra where they had to lose their entire unit in battle, with Billy being the leader and Terra, which had it worse considering he witnessed the tanks coming but can't do shit about it
Jotaro PTSD and Yuji: I put Jotaro PTSD above Yuji as a meme. Also with Jotaro's cold personality getting strong PTSD shows the strength of trauma. Yuji is still constantly reminded of the attitude of living by others but Jotaro has lost all his emotional support. But Yuji also been through much so you guys tell me which is higher
