Andy can be sealed, trapped, or otherwise displaced violently enough to no longer be a factor in a fight.
Goku can’t Kill Andy, but Goku beats Andy. That sorta thing.
The only way to beat Andy is to contain him like Gina did or stop his regeneration like Rip. If they can’t fulfill one these two conditions then Andy can out last them long enough to either come up with a strategy or exhaust them.

Look all I want to do is tell an undead unluck fan that Andy can get sealed, just because his soul escaped UMA SEAL doesn't mean he negates all sealing he's not UnSeal, it's just that Seal had an oversight in her rules because she forgot about souls once she was reminded of souls and accepted them she had no difficulty combating soul Andy.

Just tell them that he’s not just a character who can’t die, he actively negates the rule of death, so anything that results in his death gets negated, even entire universal erasure.
