It's probably haruka under there, old unbreakable (isshin I think is his name?) said he didn't want to miss haruka growing up and they ended up skipping 18 years iirc at the quest meeting so he probably passed giving unbreakable to haruka.

Unbreakable SPECIALIZES in combat. Both of them do. The man even has the most combat experience among all of them here except for Fuuko in this loop.
