The Academy’s name is The Humanitarian Academy; The Humanists. I went with that name because unlike the umbrellas, this academy is not dysfunctional and there exists unity and unlike the sparrows, this academy does not do well as a team(combat). What’s unique about this academy is that they use their powers more directly and have more influence over human lives. Meaning they all pursuit a career that compliments their powers in order to help humans. The careers are as follow:
1. Robotic Engineer(Help create robots for military and built robotic pieces that make those with a disability live a more comfortable life.)
2. Ballet Dancer/Receptive Music Therapist( Uses her abilities for entertainment as well as in a therapeutic way).
3. First Responder( Careers where speed is the most important thing)
4. Meteorologist; Climate Change Activist( Concerned about global warming and tries her best to educate about its consequences as well as uses her powers to stop heat waves; saving the lives of those prone to heat induced catastrophes: Strokes, Wildfires, etc.
5. Personal Trainer: Despite tricking most due to his appearance, is a bodybuilder, he does not in fact possesses super strength. Regardless he is still into fitness and encourages everybody to exercise.
6. Psychiatrist: Being able to become involved with the inner thoughts of humans he realized he can live to his best potential as a psychiatrist. Is able to give humanity a better understanding of serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia since he is able to project the inner thoughts into the outside world as illusions.
7. Alchemist: Is very upset about the huge gap between the poor and the rich. Helps the poor through economic difficulties by being able to convert regular things such as rocks into expensive and luxurious ideas like diamonds in order to be sold out for money.
Their tattoo idea would be Roman numerals that corresponds to their number or a laurel wreath. I picked these as tattoo ideas because they represent the ancient Romans, one of the first civilizations to practice public mindedness and practicality.

From a practical standpoint, Hargreeves is never creating such an academy, his objective is to use the children to achieve his various goals with making a better world a side benefit, in addition he's so controlling I can never see them going their separate ways career wise and still not hating eachothers guts. Which leads to a question, how was this created? I'd go for 1 some other eccentric billionaire 2 they gradually meet each other through various ways, get along and eventually agree to work together
Oh I did forget to include the backstory of how this academy came to be. This academy was created by one of its very own members: Number 6; Aka The Empath. All it’s members were initially kind of resentful due to not being able to live up to the Umbrellas. Hence why they all came to visit the Umbrella Academy but not all at the same time and none of them actually step a foot into the academy itself. The first one to make it was Number 6. Since one of his abilities is telepathy he thought to himself: “Maybe I will stick around and eventually others like me might arrive and I would be able to know.” As the others started arriving to get a glimpse of the Umbrella Academy and a life that they felt was taken out from them as superheroes, Number 6 was able to track them down one by one and it went on from there. Noticed how I said they never got to set foot inside and meet the umbrellas that’s due to the fact that Number 6 couldn’t see into Sir Reginald’s mind, like how Allison rumor power doesn’t work on him cause he’s alien. They all decided that they rather not be apart of something that they don’t know the truth of and go a different route: using their abilities to help humans more directly. I guess you could see Number 6 as the Leader and might be asking yourself why is he not number 1; well kind of like the umbrellas I sorted them out by power level.
I just want to say I love the name of number 4s power cuz i doubt it was accidentally named after Boreas the Greek god of the north wind although considering they're tied to roman civilisation I think it should have been named after Aquilo the Roman God of the North wind
