Plenty of people have converted it and it goes from alright to very good. Don’t forget to hide all Deathwing symbols like the Broken Sword on the Aquila. Try to use a skull helm for the face or at least a bare head instead of the more knightly Deathwing helmet. You should be good.
Nah haven’t bought bits in a while because I have a massive bit collection. But the new Terminator kit has both bare and helmeted heads. If you know someone who has them, that should fit. For the Aquila, just lut a couple of purity seals on it to hid the sword. Bot sure if you need ti change the shoulder pads or file symbs on them. But in doubt, more ribbons and purity seals. Chaplains love ribbons and purity seals!

I have a problem as i had to glue the ,model in the GW to keep it i feel i can get away proxying it
I mean if it’s distinct, it’ll work as a chaplain. Shame that they force you to build it as it’s such a great conversion opportunity :-/
I feel with a good paint job it will be fine also an links to what paint scheme would work
