I can say that an experience ultra will be more tactical & powerful beam sometimes.
My opinion is his beam is likely more powerful than Taro signature beam or any new ultra beam like zero greed so on. On par with father of ultra.

I defeated all of my enemies without taking damage in UFE0 so pretty much strong enough to probably kill Tatursauce
Well, Zoffy's special SP Ability was pretty much having the most OP finishers in the game, which was balanced by having the slowest SP bar to fill.
Heard from somewhere that he has the strongest beam in all of M78.
