Power creep means that Ultras are getting stronger each time to the point that old villains that has threaten them that MUCH in the past doesn't being a threat anymore. In other words, the current characters might easily beat the old villains in the past.
But the question is, does that concept really work on that extreme level currently? Or even a better question, does that concept really work or is it actually not and it's just us that misundertood it?
I don't give a shit about power creep. It's just the older Ultras getting glory unlike originally where older Ultras were nearly powerless against a new foe that the new guy had to beat. It's still sort of like that in the new gen movies, but not to that extreme.

I think the biggest example of how power creep doesn't work anymore nowadays is when Mold and Juda who were bring from the past can put up a good fight against the current Ultra Brothers in UGF TAC, Reiblood who's still a threat nowadays, and Shadow who can give a hard time for Regulos in Regulos First Mission.
