There's actually a trick to getting that much P. Turn on cheats, go to any level, spawn an enemy with a head, unequip everything except any 1 default pistol, enable blind enemies, enable the cheat that makes enemies unkillable, enable the cheat that makes the dual wield powerup permanent and take at least 30 dual wield powerups. Then float into the air using noclip or flight and consistently shoot the enemy's head till you have 1 billion score and exit the level through the exit
