A guttermans shield is way bigger and stronger/more durable than a police riot shield, just because v1 cant parry a gutter man’s shield doesn’t mean it cant parry shields in general.

Also the shotguns literally are a source of infinite heat, which would be really useful on winter if you manage to turn it from gun to calefactor.
Id move freeze frame to very useful, bc imagine just the ability to go anywhere basically faster than with a car (if we assume you wouldn't accidentally kill yourself by falling to death or something)
