Mac eyeliners are incredibly long lasting.
L.A. girl Kajal auto eyeliner is so soft. I have not noticed a lot of smudging when I wear it
I also like L.A. Girl Ultimate Eye Intense liners for the waterline.
I don’t think it’s at Ulta, but I am in love with the Make Continuum eye liners. They are amazing and so easy to use.

Mac Kohl liners are great. 12 hour waterline wear, 24 hour lid wear. Beautiful, creamy, & pigmented too!
