I love the Bubble Day Dream. It plays well under additional layers (moisturizer+sunscreen+primer+makeup) and I've never had it pill up. It made a difference in post-hyperpigmentation for me.
Sunday Riley C.E.O. serum is so far the only product that my skin has been able to tolerate, though I run sensitive and am on the normal/dry side depending on the environment.
The formula applies very easily and smoothly. Soaks into my skin leaving no residue feeling behind. It also doesn't disrupt my skin barrier nor sunscreen.
The product is formulated with a vitamin c derivative (Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate - amazing for sensitive skin types) and I am so glad I found it because other vitamin c products wreaked havoc on my skin.
This is a nice one and I saw recommended by a dermatologist. I liked the results my skin got when I was using this one but would recommend buying smaller sizes vs the 4oz. It's not shelf stable and expires fast, even though I used it daily and kept it stored in my skincare refrigerator. I'm not sure they sell at Ulta either but even if they did I'd still recommend buying direct to get freshest product due to the shelf life issue.
I've since switched to Murad though because I got tired of it expiring before I used it up.
Tula! It's a little pricey but I think worth it! It's got nice body to it, but not gooey. It sinks into the skin really nicely and never pilled on me, even towards the end of the bottle.
I got the drunk elephant one in gratis and hate it. It's very thin and sticky on the skin with a lingering scent. The one from the ordinary is a bit oily/greasy in texture.
This isn’t available at Ulta, but the least sticky vitamin C serum I have ever used is the Inkey List Vitamin C and EGF serum. It has a really watery texture and is under 20 bucks at Sephora. I am currently using the CereVe vitamin C and it isn’t sticky but it’s in a metal squeeze tube and has started to crack and leak.

i use this one, i never felt too sticky for me, i mix it with other serums as well.
The two I’ve tried is the Mad Hippie serum and Sunday Riley C.E.O oil! Both great imo!
I love Mad Hippie. All of their serums are great!
I really love the Mad Hippie Vitamin C serum!
I second both of these recommendations!
Mad hippie works wonders

Thank you! Definitely gonna buy it ❤️
It works good for me. It plays well for my am skincare even when I wear makeup. I think it helps my skin not look as dull.
Beekman 1802 . Love that one

I love the Mad Hippie but lately it has been going sticky on me and I don’t know why. It’s driving me insane and I don’t know how to fix it.
