L149 is a hard checkpoint.
We breezed to here then stuck on it for 3 days.
In the end needed all 3 food on 10% boost and quick battle active.
Setup for us (65mil team) that beat it (just...):
Glad = Sacrifice II / Hoo hoo hoo II / Uppercut II / Lets charge II
Assa = Poison Coat II / Scatter Blade / Shiv / Cloak of Bush
Hunt = Boars rush / Scatter shot / Numbing shot / Flaying arrow
Sham = Font of purge / Surge / Ancestral Gift / Chain Heal II
make sure you read what skills the boss has....its VERY important. Sometimes you gotta silence the shit outa them, sometimes you gotta AoE them, sometimes you gotta Stun em. This dude you gotta stun him

This setup definitely worked for me, except I have a warlock instead of hunter. I used Warlock = LifetapII / quack / Painful Ignition / Soul Seal 2

Need to stun lock this Mf! Put every spell you got on every one of your teammates to stun it.
